Objective:
Provide travel consulting services to corporate clients, ensuring compliance with employer procedures, SLAs, and client travel policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer domestic and international travel consulting services
- Handle ticketing, invoicing, and receipting
- Meet KPIs set by supervisor/manager
- Manage travel requests from inquiry to completion
- Complete tasks as per employer’s service scope
- Demonstrate excellent time management and task prioritization
- Proactively learn ticketing functions, show initiative, and escalate issues as needed
- Stay updated on software, systems, client policies, and industry standards
- Ensure accuracy in transactions and adhere to IATA regulations
- Maintain privacy and safety standards, and keep work areas clean and secure
- Report technical issues to the supervisor/manager promptly
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the travel industry
- Knowledge of city, airport, and airline codes
- Understanding of fare calculations and rules
- Essential GDS knowledge (Galileo preferred)
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Additional Qualifications:
- Familiarity with ADM, ticketing errors, BSP errors, and hotel reservation issues
- Accurate processing of accounting and travel information
- Knowledge of industry processes and client advisories
