Level 1 – IT Helpdesk Analyst

Technical Capabilities

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Expertise in Office365 management and administration
  • Expertise in SharePoint administration and Azure active directory management
  • Expertise in support and administration of windows 10, 11 and Microsoft Windows Server operating system
  • Expertise in using ticketing tool and remote management (RMM) tools.
  • Knowledge and experience in Backup technologies
  • Knowledge and experience in configuration and monitoring of Antivirus systems
  • Knowledge in networking tools (Unifi)
  • Knowledge in phone systems (PBX)
  • Knowledge in Domain management
