Oracle EPM Solution Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Solution Consultant with a strong background in sales and presales for enterprise-level EPM solutions.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 to 6 plus years of experience in delivering and securing large-scale projects within Oracle EPM Planning, Account Reconciliation, Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS) and Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage sales and presales activities for large Oracle EPM projects, including Planning, Accounts Reconciliation, EDMCS and FCC
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop effective Oracle EPM solutions
  • Create and deliver tailored sales presentations, demos and proposals
  • Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead RFP/RFI responses and proposal development, leveraging technical expertise in Oracle EPM solutions
  • Align sales strategies with business objectives by working closely with internal teams for seamless project delivery
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance on Oracle EPM best practices and trends
  • Mentor junior team members, sharing expertise and fostering their professional growth

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in Oracle EPM, including sales, presales and solution delivery
  • Expertise in Oracle EPM Planning, Account Reconciliation, EDMCS and FCC solutions
  • Strong consultative skills for building relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences
  • Proven track record in leading RFP/RFI processes and crafting successful proposals
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field preferred; Oracle EPM certifications are a plus

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cloud-based Oracle EPM solutions
  • Knowledge of current EPM trends, financial consolidation and data management
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric focus
