Performance Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager with 3-5 years of hands-on expertise in overseeing end-to-end paid marketing campaigns for multiple brands. The ideal candidate will be adept at conceptualizing innovative ideas, managing native platforms, executing daily operations, optimizing campaigns with a strong background in executing eCommerce paid campaigns.

Additionally, they should be able to manage a team and client relations as well.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, particularly in managing end-to-end paid campaigns.
  • Proficiency in utilizing native advertising platforms (e.g., Taboola, Outbrain) and advertising tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work cross-functionally with teams.
  • Experience in eCommerce paid campaigns and familiarity with eCommerce platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills
