Service desk Lead

Place: Perth

Type of employment: Full time

Experience: Minimum 5 years on a similar role

Reporting to: This role is reporting to CEO

Salary range: $85K – $100 plus 9.5% Super

Position availability: Immediate


Key responsibilities:

  • Had previously run and managed service desk team with a great understanding of service desk needs plus ITIL framework
  • To uplift the current service desk environment with the view of reviewing the current system and operation
  • Have a good working knowledge on PSA and RMM systems. Know how to leverage such systems to provide better managed services to clients
