SupportHub360 is looking for an experienced Technical Support Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities & Duties

Support the day-to-day operations of the company through

• Development of in-house automation and workflow procedures
• Administration of cloud-based infrastructure
• Resolution of client desktop support requests
• Setup and support cloud based IT infrastructure such as virtual machines, hosted VOIP systems, virtual desktops, remote monitoring, endpoint security monitoring, automated backup & disaster recovery.
• Assisting with hardware selection & procurement functions
• Development of client knowledge base and internal learning management system
• Liaise with Perth-based technicians to provide background assistance with onsite projects

Skills & Qualifications

Office 365 Applications
Microsoft 365 System Administration
Azure Active Directory System Administration
Syncro RMM / PSA
Experience in managing cloud-based systems and virtual desktop environments across multiple end clients
VOIP/Cloud PBX service management
Excellent communicator (verbal & written English)
Tertiary qualification in a technical subject
Experience in working with cloud-based systems and virtual desktop environments


This is a customer-facing role and excellent communication skills are essential Previous experience in an MSP/IT client support role will be highly regarded Ongoing training will be provided and there is an opportunity for this position to develop into a supervisory role over time as the team grows
