Role and Responsibilities

A full-time Level 1 IT helpdesk analyst is required and will include the following day-to-day activities.

  • Desktop support
  • Microsoft 365 Administration
  • RMM management
  • BSystem Administration
  • Network troubleshooting
  • Manage IT support incidents/requests/changes
  • Logging and updating tickets
  • Provide remote support to customers via remote connection tools
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot incidents

Skills and Requirements

The successful candidate will hold the following key attributes:

  • Minimum of 3-6 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Technical experience with desktop support
  • Active Directory Management and Administration
  • Microsoft 365 Administration and Support
  • Remote Monitoring and Management experience
  • Mac OS X, Any Linux/Unix variants
  • Network troubleshooting knowledge

Certifications preferred

  • MS-900
  • AZ-900
  • CompTIA IT Fundamentals
  • CompTIA A+
