- Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in a similar role
- Technical experience with desktop support, including Mac OS X and Linux/Unix variants
- Active Directory management and administration
- Microsoft 365 administration
- RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) tools
- System administration
- Network troubleshooting
- Managing IT support incidents, requests, and changes
- Logging and updating tickets
- Providing remote support to customers via remote connection tools
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting incidents
