Technical Capabilities

  • Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in a similar role
  • Technical experience with desktop support, including Mac OS X and Linux/Unix variants
  • Active Directory management and administration
  • Microsoft 365 administration
  • RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) tools
  • System administration
  • Network troubleshooting
  • Managing IT support incidents, requests, and changes
  • Logging and updating tickets
  • Providing remote support to customers via remote connection tools
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting incidents
