Technical Capabilities

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 (Office 365) management and administration
  • Proficient in SharePoint administration and Azure Active Directory management
  • Extensive experience supporting and administering Windows 10, Windows 11 and Microsoft Windows Server environments
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing systems and Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools
  • Solid knowledge and experience with backup and recovery technologies
  • Experience configuring, managing and monitoring antivirus and endpoint security solutions
  • Working knowledge of networking tools and platforms, including UniFi
  • Familiarity with phone systems and PBX environments
  • Knowledge of domain management and administration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
