Administrative Assistant / Project Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant / Project Coordinator to support our Australian client, a growing builder. The ideal candidate should have a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills and preferably an understanding of construction industry operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to project and site teams
  • Coordinate project documentation, schedules and communications
  • Prepare and maintain reports, records and project files
  • Assist in project planning and tracking using project management tools
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with project management or admin tools
  • Knowledge of the civil construction industry preferred
  • Experience with CAD or drawing software is an advantage

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: AWST(6.30AM – 3.30PM IST)

Job Location: Cochin
