We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant / Project Coordinator to support our Australian client, a growing builder. The ideal candidate should have a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills and preferably an understanding of construction industry operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to project and site teams
- Coordinate project documentation, schedules and communications
- Prepare and maintain reports, records and project files
- Assist in project planning and tracking using project management tools
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with project management or admin tools
- Knowledge of the civil construction industry preferred
- Experience with CAD or drawing software is an advantage
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: AWST(6.30AM – 3.30PM IST)
