L3 IT support engineer

Technical capabilities

  • Windows Server experience 2012/2016/2019
  • High level of competency in virtualised server environments Hyper-V and VM
  • Experience in supporting various technologies including Azure Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN and Firewalls
  • Good understanding of the configuration of network devices
  • Experience in backup system – both local & cloud
  • Extensive experience with OneDrive & Office 365 management and migration
  • Ability to provide support to staff in remote locations in an international environment
  • Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and systems quickly
  • Desire to take ownership of these technologies and mature them
  • Team player, with strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Advanced skills in managing and troubleshooting remote desktop services and terminal server environments
  • Ability to migrate and deploy new server infrastructure including network management and configuration both on premise and in the cloud

  • Strong command of English
  • Ability to work unsupervised, coordinate with other team members and meet deadlines set by management and sales team
  • Ability to work effectively in offshore /remotely
  • Capacity to operate in high pressure environments and manage both personal and professional stresses
  • Positive attitude and team player who can juggle multiple tasks and turn problems into opportunities

AWST timing – 6.30AM – 3.30PM
